August 5, 2011 On August 2, 2011 a van was offered (rented) by Yawata-Sagyosyo (Social Welfare Corporation Hatogamine-Fukushikai) in Kyoto. Mr. Numata, director of the facility, drove a van by himself all the way from Kyoto to Sendai since there are only 3 staff members in his facility and they are all busy.
