May 14, 2011 We went out into the field to scout for animals left behind in the 30km exclusion zone in Fukushima prefecture. The 20km zone is where everyone has been evacuated and no one is allowed inside. The 30km is where most people have been evacuated, but people are still returning to feed the pets they had to leave behind.
