Item Description
03/09/2013 Kinkanzan, a scenic destination for the scenic Oshika peninsula, part of Ishinomaki, had since then become a wildlife preserve, known mostly for deer. In fact Oshika means "male deer." But you wouldn't guess that driving through Oshika today - at least on the West side, all you'll ever see are whales.
