Item Description
12/03/2012 Days are getting shorter in Tohoku. The sun sets now between 4 and 5 pm. At the Kitakami construction site, lights have been installed so the builders can continue their work. For the first part of November, the structure, from the light and its warm wood materials, glowed to the outside world like a lantern, serves as a beacon for the area.
