AUG 15, 2013 You will be able to watch the water coming in, which begins to be clearly evident about 3 minutes in, and then to watch the water recede. So much water. So much damage. The footage is from the Minami Kesennuma Elementary school. Part of the building was damaged by the tsunami so they closed the school in March 2012.
