Item Description
05 May 2012 I’m writing this post as Japan’s last operating nuclear reactor is being taken offline for scheduled maintenance. Symbolically coinciding with こどもの日 (Kodomo no hi) or “Children’s Day”, this will be the first time that Japan has been nuclear free in over 40 years.
