NICCO is an NGO based in Kyoto, Japan that conducts disaster relief operations. Here they report on clinics opened in Miyagi prefecture and Otomo, Rikuzentakata (Iwate Prefecture). Medical checks were given to several hundreds of disaster victims at Tohoku International Clinic and Toba Clinic over April 2011.
