Sensation all too familiar for people with disabilities The first time I visited Iidate Village in Fukushima Prefecture was back in April, the day before the village was to become part of the evacuation zone. I saw elementary school children walking back from school with their yellow school caps and school bags with no masks or other forms of protection.
