現在、国会に提出されている全量買取法案(電気事業者による再生可能エネルギー電気の調達に関する特別措置法案)は、奇しくも、東日本大震災の当日 3 月 11 日の午前中に閣議決定された。東日本の早期の復興のためにも、エネルギー政策の抜本的な転換のためにも、与野党はこの日本の将来を決める法案を、政治的な駆け引き抜きで成案すべきである。
