"Kaze no Denwa" became a hot topic and was featured in several media outlets. During a conversation with a publisher who visited for an interview, the publisher mentioned that "Otsuchi town lost its library in the earthquake, and children no longer had an environment where they could read," which led to the creation of the "Forest Library."
