English Description
I am a student at the American School in Japan and I am currently taking a class focused on the triple disaster in Fukushima. So far, we have studied earthquakes and tsunamis in a broad sense and also what actually happened on the day of March 11, 2011. We have also researched the radiation disaster-- from each reactor unit, to radiation exposure and water contamination. As the semester comes to an end, I will be researching the psychological effects of the disaster on the population.
