At the end of last month (03/27/2014), TEPCO disclosed a bit of an embarrassing news that they were unable to retrieve the remote-operated-U.S.-made probing robot which fell and ran out of battery in the 5th floor of the No.2 reactor building of the Fukushima Daiichi NPP.
