Two years ago, my wife, Amy, began the Japanese Educational Exchange Program at the Dover Air Force Base Middle School where she is the Visual Art and Technology Education teacher. During the initial year of the program, my wife and I traveled with eight students to Iwanuma City, Japan which is located in the Miyagi Prefecture, the area most devastated by the earthquake and tsunami.
