As it is a tradition in Japan, most of these children are cared for by their relatives. But sadly, some of them are neglected, or much worse, abused.To help them put their lives back together, Dr. Kazuie Iinuma teamed up with SOS Children’s Village to create the Children’s Village Tohoku.
The Gala raises funds for the construction of the Village, where live-in foster parents will care for the children until they are independent. Your donation will give these children a place they can call home
