An elderly woman died after being moved four times to hospitals and other facilities in the wake of the March 11 earthquake, tsunami and ensuing nuclear crisis, it has been learned.The 89-year-old woman, Eiko Niizuma died on April 19 at a special rest home -- the fourth facility she entered after the March 11 disaster.
