宮城県石巻市で「男の介護教室」の代表をしております河瀬聡一朗と申します。
私は東日本大震災の歯科医療支援で長野県の松本歯科大学から宮城県の気仙沼や南三陸町に入りました。その活動の中で、宮城県石巻市雄勝町で全ての医療機関が被災し、無歯科医地区となったことを知りました。そこで被災地の歯科医療再生を目的に家族で2012年4月宮城県に移住して来ました。
