このたび、原告4人と原告を支援する団体としてアニマルレスキューシステム基金は、福島第一原発事故後の福島県における被災動物救援に関して、2011年3月当時に結成された「緊急災害時動物救援本部（以下どうぶつ救援本部）※」を、2014年7月17日付けで東京地裁にて提訴しました。※ 2014年6月25日に当該団体は「一般財団法人 全国緊急災害時動物救援本部」になった。
The four plaintiffs and the Animal Rescue System Foundation, an organization supporting the plaintiffs, filed a lawsuit on July 17, 2014, at the Tokyo District Court against the "Emergency Disaster Animal Rescue Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the Animal Rescue Headquarters)*", which was formed in March 2011, regarding the rescue of animals affected by the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident in Fukushima Prefecture. *On June 25, 2014, the organization became the "National Emergency Disaster Animal Rescue Headquarters, a General Incorporated Foundation".
