I was in the second grade at the time. We were shopping at a 25 story building trying to get home after a long day of shopping. Suddenly people start running out of the elevator screaming and shouting and then it hit. No one knew what was going on but all we could hear were the panicked screams of other people. Once we got to the car we started to see the building shake and the streets were empty. We come home to our tv shattered on the floor and the mobile shelves on the other side of the room. Very scared.
