脱原発をめざす首長会議
３．１１以後頻発する地震により、大震災予測は前倒しの可能性ありと報告もある中、原発立地自治体は言うに及ばず、近隣自治体も一刻も早く原発依存のエネルギー政策について、決断をせざるを得ない事態に至っています。何より、自治体首長の第一の責任は「住民の生命財産を守る」ことです。
今回の福島第一原発事故で学んだことは、たとえ経済効果が期待されるとしても、リスクの大きい政策は大きな犠牲を払う可能性の覚悟がいるということです。
