The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Austrian Red Cross Society organized the CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) emergency preparedness workshop in Vienna, Austria, on 5 - 9 December 2016.
This is the presentation used in the session of "Roles and Responsibility" and it describes IFRC's mandate, roles of government and challenges in providing assistance, for CBRN emergency preparedness.
