The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Austrian Red Cross Society organized the CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) emergency preparedness workshop in Vienna, Austria, on 5 - 9 December 2016.
This is the presentation prepared by the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency), and presented when workshop participants visited their office. It explains the structure of IAEA safety standards and technical guidance.
