日本赤十字社と赤十字看護大学は、いわき市に避難している浪江町民の健康調査支援事業を進めています。震災から6年になる2017年3月には避難指示の一部が解除され地域への帰還が可能となります。しかし町民の帰還に向けての課題も多く、福井赤十字病院から活動に参加した看護係長は、今後、行政・町・町民が協働して復興に向けてかかわっていくことが大切だと感じました。

A deputy director of nursing of the JRCS hospital listening to worry of each evacuee when visited a home during a health consultation program for people evacuated from Namie (November 21, 2016)
English Description
The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) and Japanese Red Cross College of Nursing (JRCCN) continue to provide a health consultation and health assistance program for the people who evacuated from Namie to Iwaki city. In March 2017, six years after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, the evacuation order issued is expected to be lifted and this will allow the evacuees to return to some areas of the town. A deputy director of nursing at the Fukui Red Cross felt that the evacuees still would have various problems for returning to the town. She also felt that it is going to be important for the public authorities, the Namie Municipal Government and the people of Namie Town to cooperate and collaborate for the recovery of the town.
