福島県では、2014年10月時点で10の自治体で避難指示が解除されておらず、12月時点で12万人以上が避難生活を送っています。（うち、45,000人以上が県外に避難）
また、日赤がこれまで行ってきた活動の、医療救護、生活再建、社会福祉支援、教育支援、災害対応能力強化、福島第一原発事故対応の各分野について説明しています。
This is a summary report prepared by the JRCS on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami in March 2015. In Fukushima Prefecture, the evacuation orders issued to 10 local governments of Fukushima Prefecture are still in place as of October 2014. As of December 2014, more than 120,000 people are still evacuating from their homes. (Of whom, more than 45,000 people evacuated to outside Fukushima Prefecture.) This report explains the activities that the JRCS has conducted in the following programme areas: medical support; rebuilding lives; social welfare services; educational support; strengthening disaster preparedness; and response to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident.
