2015年5月11日～6月5日までの間、大阪赤十字病院の直本宏看護係長と徳島赤十字病院の勝占智子看護師が活動に取り組んだ。直本看護師は、「皆さんが、話すことによって自分を客観視し、自己肯定することができてよかったと思います。私たちがお話を聞くことで、町民の前向きな気持ちを少しでも後押しすることができたのかもしれません」と話す。勝占看護師は「震災は人びとの生活を大きく変えました。復興にもまだ長い時間がかかると感じました」と語った。

From May 11 to June 5, 2015, Mr. Hiroshi Naomoto from Japanese Red Cross Osaka Hospital and Ms. Tomoko Katsura from Tokushima Red Cross Hospital worked on the health consultation program. Mr. Naomoto says: “I’m glad to see them look at themselves objectively and affirm him/herself by talking to me. We listened to them and that might have helped them to be more positive.” Ms. Katsura says “The earthquake and tsunami changed their lives significantly. I felt it is still a long way to go for recovery.”
