On March 30, 2015, the JRCS enacted the "Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery". Following the enactment, the JRCS prepared the annotations to the guidelines. These materials are support materials which explain the words and the background of the descriptions in the guidelines.
