This document is one of the support materials for the JRCS's "Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery" and explains the concept of evacuation area and the Japanese government’s code of conduct which are based on the government's Nuclear Emergency Response Guidelines that were enacted following the Fukushima Daiichi NPP accident.
