2015年10月4日～6日に開催された第39回日本血液事業学会総会において、日本赤十字社の山澤 赤十字原子力災害情報センター長が、「原子力災害における救護活動ガイドラインの制定にあたって」と題した講演を行いました。講演の中でセンター長は、福島第一原発での日赤の救護活動に制約が生じた苦い経験から、日赤が原子力災害対応への取り組みを進め、ガイドラインを制定するに至った経緯について説明しました。これは、講演に使用されたプレゼンテーションです。
At the 39th annual conference of the Society for Japanese Blood Programme which was held on October 4-6, 2015, Masahito Yamazawa, Director General of Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Resource Center, gave a lecture entitled "Development of the Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery". Mr. Yamazawa said during the lecture that the Japanese Red cross Society (JRCS) had a bitter experience of limited relief activities soon after the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident occurred and that is why the JRCS started to prepare for nuclear disasters and develop the guidelines.
