The nuclear disaster response in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami was undertaken amid contradictory information, in a state where everything was unprecedented. However, the JRCS staff members braved the situation, though feeling anxiety, encouraging each other, bestirring themselves, to conduct relief activities. The material was presented to the Korean Red Cross delegation to explain the activities conducted by the JRCS Fukushima Chapter, when they had a meeting on June 3, 2017.
