The Japanese Red Cross Society held a worldwide conference, “Partnership Meeting on the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami 2018”, over 3 days on February 26-28, 2018 in Tokyo. Attended by approximately 100 participants including 48 individuals from the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies abroad, the program included a tour to the three affected prefectures, Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima, made on the 27th and the 28th.
