2015年8月17日~9月18日までの間、日本赤十字社医療センターの黒川寛子看護師が活動に取り組みました。日赤が2012(平成24)年10月に浪江町民の健康調査を開始してから3年。1年目、2年目の時は私たちの訪問や電話を断った人も、3年目の調査を受ける人が増えています。黒川看護師は1カ月にわたる活動を振り返って語ります。「私たちが町民の皆さんに寄り添ってじっくり話を聞くことによって、新たな一歩を進めるための手助けがきっとできると思います。」
From August 17 to September 18, 2015, Ms. Hiroko Kurokawa, a nurse from the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center was involved in the health consultation program. It has been three years since the JRCS began the health consultation program in October 2012 for people who evacuated from Namie. There were people who rejected to make an appointment for visit or telephone consultation in the first and second years. However, in the third year, more of those people have been accepting the consultation. Ms. Kurokawa looks back on her one-month duty and says: “I believe we can help the people of Namie to make a step forward by standing with them and listening carefully to them.
