本資料は、2015年9月7日から5日間ドイツのベルリンにて開催された、第4回「原子力災害対策等関係国赤十字社会議」のアジェンダです。この会議には世界15ケ国の赤十字・赤新月社、国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟（IFRC）、赤十字国際委員会（ICRC）、およびドイツ政府などが参加し、「原子力・放射線災害における事前対策および応急対応ガイドライン」の確認、各社および各国のCBRN（化学・生物・放射性物質・核）緊急事態への備えに関する取り組み報告や法的整備に関する情報の共有などが行われました。
This content is about agenda for the Fourth Reference Meeting on CBRN Emergency Preparedness, which was held in Berlin, Germany for five days from September 7, 2015. The meeting was joined by 15 Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Committee of the Red Cross and the German government. At the meeting, the final draft of the Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Preparedness and Response Guidelines developed by the IFRC was confirmed. In addition, each group member National Society reported on the CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) emergency preparedness of the National Society and its country and shared information on related legislation.
