東日本大震災および福島第一原発事故で避難されている高齢者の方を対象に、生活不活発病の予防や介護予防、孤立・孤独を和らげるための赤十字にこにこ健康教室を開催しています。大熊町民が避難している会津若松市の長原仮設住宅で、喜多方市赤十字奉仕団の協力で開催された赤十字にこにこ健康教室の事例を紹介しています。

Red Cross Health Class at Nagahara temporary housing
English Description
The elderly people have evacuated due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami and the Fukushima Daiichi accident. The Fukushima Chapter has been organizing and holding health classes in order to prevent them from developing disuse syndrome and receiving nursing care and to mitigate their isolation and disruption of their communities. The citizens of Okuma Town live in Nagahara temporary housing in Aizuwakamatsu. The Red Cross Health Classes were held in collaboration with Red Cross Kitakata Volunteer Corps.
