On April 26, 2014, the final presentation of the ‘Kikkake bus 47,’ which was aiming to visit affected area of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, was held in the headquarter of the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS). Around 60 students who gathered from all over Japan joined the presentation. At the presentation, participants also experienced support activities in an evacuation center which could be held during a disaster. The relationship between the Society and the project was initiated by the student who had joined the project and the 2nd Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar presentation held in March. The JRCS is aiming to build social network of students who have interest in disaster prevention and recovery.
