第3回目の原子力災害対策関係国赤十字社会議が、世界16カ国の参加者が福島市に集まり開催された。参加者は、地震・津波・原子力事故の被災地、被災者が住む応急仮設住宅などを訪れ、被災者の状況や復興の実情などを視察した。これらをもとに、原子力災害に対する備えや、原子力・放射線災害における事前対策および応急対応ガイドラインについて議論を行った。

The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness was held with participants gathering at Fukushima City from 16 countries. The participants visited the affected area by the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident, and temporary housing where affected people are living to seen current situation of affected people and reconstruction progress. The participants discussed on preparedness for nuclear disasters and Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Preparedness and Response Guidelines.
