This is a pamphlet created by the Fukushima Prefectural Government based on the challenges emerged from the initial response experience soon after the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred. The pamphlet was developed to raise Fukushima citizens' awareness of nuclear emergency response including evacuation to other municipalities to allow them to take a quick action and secure their safety and security if another nuclear accident occurs or could occur.
