2015年2月2日～2月27日までの間、リエゾン精神看護専門看護師の資格を持つ横浜市立みなと赤十字病院の木戸学看護師が活動に取り組んだ。
木戸学看護師は、震災直後の被災地の状況と比較すると現在の浪江町民の生活ではさまざまな要素がより複雑に絡み合っていると感じた。木戸看護師は、「訪問した家庭に入退院を繰り返している方がいて、この方のケアに看護師としての専門的な知識が役立ちました」と語った。

Observing people by taking advantage of expertise -Health consultation program for people evacuated from Namie-
English Description
From February 2 to 27, 2015, Manabu Kido, a nurse from the Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital worked on the health consultation program. He is a certified nurse in psychiatric consultation-liaison nursing.
Mr. Kido felt that the people from Namie are currently living under more complicated circumstances than shortly after the earthquake. He said "One member of a family I visited had been hospitalized on and off. My expertise as liaison nurse worked well for providing care for this person.”
