東日本大震災発生当時、福島県には約1万人の外国人登録者が住んででいた。外国出身住民は、日本語の問題等から災害弱者となるリスクが高いと言われてる。この報告書は、彼らはどのような状況に置かれ、どのようにサポート受け、どのように行動したのかを記録として残すため作成・発行されものの電子版である。
この報告書には、外国出身県民100人へのアンケート調査や70人に対する聞き取り調査も含まれている。

Influence of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Nuclear Power Station Accident over Foreign Residents in Fukushima Prefecture (Fukushima International Association)
English Description
When the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred, there were about 10,000 foreign resident registered people in Fukushima. Due to the language barrier, foreign residents are highly like to be the disaster vulnerable. This content is a digital version of a report which was compiled and published to record their situations, support they received and their act after the earthquake. The report includes the results of questionnaire survey and hearing survey with 100 and 70 foreign residents, respectively.
