English Description
Studying outdoors was limited at some schools due to the effects from radiation. The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) provided computers and network equipment for indoor studying and learning. Also, the JRCS supported schools that were moved to other locations due to the effects of the nuclear accident.
