日本赤十字社（日赤）は、東日本大震災発生時に福島県内で日赤が展開した救護活動について、活動にあたった職員の認識調査を行いました。これは、今回の災害対応の経験を今後に生かしていくために、その実態を把握し課題を整理する目的で行われました。聞き取り調査を通じて整理した課題・問題点などは調査報告書にまとめられているとともに、活動に従事した職員の各問題点などに関するコメントも掲載しています。
Regarding the relief activities performed by the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) in Fukushima Prefecture after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, the JRCS conducted a survey of its staff who engaged in the relief activities. The purpose was to help to understand what happened during the relief operations and identify issues in order to learn lessons from the experience for possible future disasters. The staff were interviewed to identify challenges and problems. The results were organized in a report. Comments by the staff relating to each problem were also included in the report.
