This report is about response to the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami by JRCS Yamagata Chapter. The chapter dispatched relief teams to Fukushima City and Aizuwakamatsu area from 9 partner hospitals in Yamagata Prefecture. The chapter also provided relief activities at entry points in Minamisoma City during the temporary entry program for the evacuees.
