This is Chapter 1 of a report about relief activities conducted by the JRCS Kagawa Chapter during the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. This chapter describes a timeline from right after the outset to the completion of relief activities by the chapter. For Fukushima Prefecture, the Kagawa Chapter dispatched the first relief team to Tamura City from Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital. However, the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident forced the team to leave Fukushima.
