English Description
This is Chapter 2 of a report about relief activities conducted by the JRCS Kagawa Chapter during the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. This chapter contains essays contributed by the JRCS relief team members dispatched to the affected areas by the Kagawa Chapter during the disaster. The first relief team had to leave Fukushima due to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. The situation where the team members had to determine the withdrawal is also introduced in Chapter 2.
