本資料は、東日本大震災における大津赤十字病院の救護活動報告で、派遣された各班の活動記録、各班の活動内容をまとめたプレゼンテーション、職員の手記などから構成されています。同病院は救護班の多くが、会津若松地域の避難所を回る巡回診療にあたりました。同地域には、原発事故のため浜通り地方から避難してきた避難者が多く、職員からの手記には「こころのケア」の必要性を訴えたものが多く含まれています。
This report is about relief activities conducted by the Japanese Red Cross Otsu Hospital during the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. The report consists of records of each dispatched relief team's activities, presentation materials for reporting, essays contributed by the relief team members, etc. Many of the relief teams dispatched from the hospital provided mobile clinic services at evacuation centers in Aizuwakamatsu area, where many people evacuated from the Hama Dori of Fukushima Prefecture due to the nuclear accident. Many of the essays stress the necessity of providing psychological care for the survivors.
