救護「粟津班」活動報告書　（会津若松地域巡回）＿大津赤十字病院　東日本大震災救護活動報告

This is part of a report about relief activities conducted by the Japanese Red Cross Otsu Hospital during the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. This part is about relief activities by Team Awatsu that provided mobile clinic services in Aizuwakamatsu area.
The evacuees were moving from primary evacuation centers to secondary evacuation centers which were hotels and apartments. In an evacuation center, some evacuees suffered from chicken pox and influenza and a panic among the evacuees was worried. Measures to prevent the spread were carefully considered.
