English Description

The JRCS 1st Block is comprised of JRCS chapters in Hokkaido and six Tohoku prefectures. This block organized and held a joint disaster relief exercise. The participants learned not only about relief activities during a nuclear disaster but also effects from radiation. This article was published in a "AREA NEWS" section of the November 2015 edition of the JRCS PR letter "JRCS NEWS."
