At the moment, they are doing experimental operations of fishing, which means fishing limited kinds of fish and distributing them to the market on a small scale. While performing the experimental operations of fishing, they are working toward reopening of fishing in the area.
While traveling by bus to the next destination, the college student volunteers explained harmful rumors on foods produced in Fukushima and the food safety. The ice cream shop run by a jersey-cow farm of the area is one of the stores who incurred damage from the harmful rumors.
