福島市で開催された第3回関係国会議について、国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟としての総括を掲載しています。
会議の結果について、①連盟のガイドラインの今後の予定、②CBRN対応での各赤十字・赤新月社の連携、③原子力緊急事態への備えと既存の災害への備えとの関係、④連盟のプログラムに利用できるリソースの確保、⑤各赤十字・赤新月社の各プログラムを持続可能にするための取り組み、⑥各赤十字・赤新月社の災害対策・対応に対する今後の役割、の6項目を整理しました。
Summary on the third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness from the IFRC is posted.
The meeting outcome was summarized in six items: (1) way forward toward the IFRC guidelines for nuclear disasters; (2) collaboration in CBRN response among Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; (3) relations between nuclear emergency preparedness and existing efforts for disaster preparedness; (4) ensuring resources available for the IFRC program; (5) efforts to make programs by Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies sustainable; (6) prospective roles of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for disaster preparedness and response.
