In his message, Mr. Fumio Murata, Vice Governor of Fukushima Prefecture, offered his gratitude for the Japanese Red Cross Society, its sister Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Committee of the Red Cross. At the same time, Mr. Murata expressed Fukushima's determination of continuing to make every effort toward the recovery under the slogan "Future From Fukushima" so that the citizens of Fukushima can boast to the rest of the world.
