2015年3月17日、日本赤十字社（日赤）は福島県との間で「復興と防災対策に関する共同宣言」（共同宣言）に署名し、福島の方々のために連携して支援活動を続けることを宣言しました。共同宣言では、①被災された方々への復興支援、②将来の災害に備えた防災対策、③上記①および②の取り組みの国内外への情報発信において、連携を強化することにしています。共同宣言は連携のための第一歩であり、今後は、復興や防災の課題について福島県と日赤で協議し、それぞれの強みを生かした取り組みを進めていきます。
On March 17, 2015, the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) and Fukushima Prefecture signed “Joint Declaration regarding Revitalization and Disaster Preparedness” (Joint Declaration). Both parties declared that they would continue to provide assistance activities for the citizens of Fukushima Prefecture in collaboration. The Joint Declaration states that they will collaborate in the following areas: (1) revitalization assistance for the survivors; (2) preparedness for possible future disasters; and (3) information dissemination at home and abroad. The Joint Declaration is the first step to the collaboration. Fukushima Prefecture and the JRCS will discuss the challenges in the areas of recovery and disaster prevention and working on the challenges by taking advantage of the strength of each party.
