2015年6月15日から3日間の日程でオーストリアのウィーンで開催された、国際原子力機関（IAEA）の「放射線災害時のメディカルフォローアップガイドライン策定準備会合」に、日本赤十字社（日赤）の緊急被ばく医療アドバイザーを務める、日赤長崎原爆病院の朝長万左男名誉院長が参加しました。日赤の「原子力災害における救護活動ガイドライン」の改善にも役立つ、有意義な議論が多く交わされました。

English Description
For three days from June 15, 2015, an IAEA meeting "Consultancy Meeting on Medical follow-up and surveillance of persons following radiation emergencies” was held in Vienna, Austria. Dr. Masao Tomonaga participated in the meeting. He is Honorary Director General of the Japanese Red Cross Nagasaki Genbaku Hospital, and a JRCS radiation emergency medical care advisor. During the meeting, lively and meaningful discussions were made, which will be helpful for improving the "JRCS Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery."
